BIG DREAMS GROW HERE: NEW MURAL BRIGHTENS DOWNTOWN MOUNT STERLING

MOUNT STERLING, Ill. — A new downtown mural is celebrating the promise of small-town life with a colorful display of flowers and the words BIG DREAMS GROW HERE.

The completed artwork near the Brown County courthouse features towering sunflowers and other bright flowers. Artist Troy Freeman created the mural as part of efforts to bring more public art to Mount Sterling.
