Robert “Bob” Gresham, 58, of Pittsfield, Illinois, passed away September 23. He is survived by his wife, Sara; sons Jacob and Hayden; daughter Sophie; his mother, Connie; and his brother, Jim. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 30, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield.

Carrol Mitchell, 95, of Pittsfield, Illinois, passed away September 26. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughters Janice Copeland, Kandis Hull, and Pamela Payne; and his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. All services will be held privately. Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield is handling arrangements.

Patricia “Patty” Peterson, 62, of Pittsfield, Illinois, passed away September 26. She is survived by her father, Larry Howard; sons James and Daniel Durlin; three grandchildren; her brother, Bob Howard; and her sister, Pamela Sethaler. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 6, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield, followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Green Pond Cemetery in Pearl.

Brian Phillips, 54, of Griggsville, Illinois, passed away September 24. He is survived by his wife, Tara; daughters Marissa Bradshaw and Caitlyn Murphree; son Christopher Downey; three grandchildren; and his sisters Leann McConnell, Darla Conkling, and Theresa Shelton. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 1, from 10 a.m. to noon at Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield. The funeral service will follow at noon, with burial at Griggsville Cemetery.

Mary Ann Smith, 79, of Barry, Illinois, passed away September 22. She is survived by her husband, Bob; daughter Kassie; a granddaughter and great-grandson; and her sister Carolena and brother Jimmy. No public service will be held. Niebur Funeral Chapel in Barry is handling arrangements.
