Major Felony Arrests Reported In Latest Pike County Jail Log

PITTSFIELD-- Pike County authorities report several serious felony arrests in the latest weekly jail report covering April 27 through May 3, with multiple violent and drug-related charges among the most significant cases.
George G. Sneeden, 46, of Griggsville is facing multiple violent felony charges, including domestic aggravated battery by strangulation, two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and three counts of domestic battery with a prior conviction. The charges represent one of the most severe incidents reported during the week.
Nathan D. Collver, 45, of Houston, Texas was arrested on a felony arson charge involving damage to real or personal property exceeding $150. Details surrounding the incident have not yet been released.
James J. Bernard, 51, of New Canton was taken into custody on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine under 5 grams, one of the drug-related offenses included in the report.
These arrests reflect the most serious charges listed in the Pike County Jail’s weekly report, excluding lesser offenses such as failure to appear or attachment-related warrants.
