BOWLING GREEN, Mo. — Area high school students and their families are invited to attend the 2026 Transition Fair on Wednesday, March 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Bowling Green High School Auditorium.
The event is designed to help students plan for life after graduation by connecting them with local agencies, vocational programs and community resources that support the transition into adulthood. Families, educators and support staff are also encouraged to attend.
Organizers say attendees can expect information from community resource agencies, vocational and employment programs, disability and support services, independent living resources and local service providers. Representatives will be available to answer questions and help students explore future opportunities.
The fair is being coordinated by the Pike County Agency for Developmental Disabilities. Kimberly Charlton, Director of Employment Services, is serving as the contact for the event. She can be reached at 573-324-5493 ext. 132 or by email at kcharlton@pcaddmo.org for additional information.
The Transition Fair aims to give students practical tools and connections as they prepare to take the next step toward adulthood.
