ESCAPED INMATE CADEN BURT SEARCH IN BOWLING GREEN

BOWLING GREEN — UPDATE: THE PIKE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE REPORTS BURT IS BACK IN CUSTODY. A large-scale manhunt is underway in Pike County, Missouri as authorities search for an escaped inmate identified as Caden Keith Burt.

According to Pike County Missouri Sheriff Stephen Korte, Burt is a white male believed to be in his mid-20s to early 30s with long brown hair. He was last seen wearing an orange jumpsuit at the time of his escape.

Multiple law enforcement agencies are actively involved in the search, with officers canvassing the Bowling Green area and surrounding locations as they work to locate the suspect.

Residents are urged to remain alert and report any suspicious activity immediately. Authorities emphasize that Burt should not be approached under any circumstances.
