LOUISIANA — The Louisiana City Council will meet Monday, April 27 at 6:00 p.m. inside the second-floor council chambers at City Hall, with several key administrative and financial items on the agenda.
The meeting, called by Mayor Mark Haddock, will include routine business such as approval of previous meeting minutes, reports from the mayor, city administrator, fire chief, and police chief, along with updates from various committees.
Among the notable items, the council will consider selecting a Mayor Pro Tem, making standing committee appointments, and establishing a budget committee. The city administrator’s report is also expected to include the opening of bids for mowing services.
Two resolutions are scheduled under new business, both involving changes to authorized personnel for city-issued credit cards. One resolution would remove Tim Carter as the authorizing officer for a city Visa card and designate City Administrator Cameron Carlile in that role. The second would also remove Carter from a similar position tied to an enterprise Visa card and instead appoint Enterprise Director Clinton Keller.
