Pike County Sheriff’s Report Lists Meth, DUI and Domestic Battery Arrests

PITTSFIELD, Ill. — The Pike County Sheriff’s Department has released its weekly arrest report for June 15 through June 21.


Among the more serious offenses listed, Shannon M. Kirgan, 43, of Griggsville, was arrested June 19 by Pittsfield Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, and resisting a peace officer.


Dustin T. Howell, 33, of Roodhouse, was arrested June 20 by the Pike County Sheriff’s Department on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while revoked.


Carley M. White, 27, listed as homeless, was arrested June 17 by Pittsfield Police on a domestic battery charge.


Ryan J. Zipprich, 46, of Jacksonville, was arrested June 15 on charges of DUI alcohol, illegal possession or transportation of liquor by a driver, failure to reduce speed, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.


The sheriff’s department also listed additional arrests during the week on warrants, body attachments, resisting, and license-related offenses.


All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
