SERIOUS CHARGES HIGHLIGHT PIKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS ARREST REPORT

PITTSFIELD, Ill. — Several arrests involving allegations of violent crime, burglary and methamphetamine possession were reported by the Pike County, Illinois Sheriff’s Department for the week of July 20 through July 26.

Phillip L. Embree, 35, of Perry, was booked July 26 on two counts of aggravated domestic battery, along with domestic battery, unlawful restraint and resisting arrest.

Embree was also being held on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant alleging a violation of parole conditions. He remained listed as confined when the weekly report was published.

Hayden E. Duncan, 30, of Barry, was arrested July 22 on a burglary charge. He was released the same day.

Two men were arrested in separate cases involving alleged methamphetamine possession. Michael D. Rohn, 34, of Griggsville, was booked July 22 on a possession of methamphetamine charge and a failure-to-appear warrant. He was released July 23.

Bryan L. Pults, 55, of Nebo, was booked July 24 on charges of possession of methamphetamine and illegal possession or transportation of liquor by a driver. He was released the same day.

Nathaniel D. Christison, 37, of Barry, was booked July 24 on a domestic battery charge and remained listed as confined when the report was issued.

The arrests and charges are allegations. All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
